You know the saying that it is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all? Its all bullshit. thats what people tell ones who have been dumped to make them feel better. but if one never knew the love lost then there would be no pain because of  love lost. I wish it were that simple. It would be easier to just erase the person completely from memory than to go on and still desire to have contact... even if only briefly. The good and the bad memories must go. Good memories only bring melancholy thoughts of better time spent and bad memories just bring thoughts of anguish and desolation. still all ends the same... alone and bitter
